So he steals my blog entries, posts copies of them on HIS account in the Internet Archive, misrepresents them to defame me, accuses me of defaming someone else, and finally claims as HIS property and not mine a podcast that is clearly mine too and files copyright claims to suppress the podcast in both YouTube and Vimeo, violating my rights as a copyright holder.
