The latest models even come with movable joints, so you can bend her in doggy style if you want.
Company spokesman Osami Seto said,
The two areas we identified as really needing improvement were the skin and the eyes. We feel we have finally got something that is arguably not distinguishable from the real thing. The dolls are part of a high-tech industry in Japan, which is constantly looking at ways to make sex toys as realistic as possible.
Japanese media outlets boasts that if you buy one of these sex dolls, you will never want a real girlfriend again. Is anyone else slightly offended by this?
Yes, I am! It just occurred to me that objectifying women is something feminists have always been concerned about and THIS is a clear example of it. What if men who use these ultra realistic sex dolls start thinking of using real flesh and blood women in the same way? A possible result: a dramatic increase in rape cases.
Men should be taught to respect women’s personal autonomy, a lesson they might never learn if they are content to merely use sex dolls which are not capable of returning love. Why stunt the social development of otherwise normal men?
I am not saying the sex dolls are good or bad…….I just have serious questions about them. Shouldn’t everyone?
