I need only make one answer to all this legalistic garbage: Everything I have EVER written on my blog about him over the past several years is true and can be backed up by credible evidence, including screenshots and links to where certain events actually happened. I always take pains to be as credible as possible. He does not!

Also:

Just like in my case over five years ago, Wahid tried desperately to suppress this criticism by filing copyright claims against several of D C Shepard’s works, in both substack and YouTube. Technically, those battles are still ongoing, but the fact that the video above was actually restored after ten days means that Shepard, myself, and Chris Bennett have already won.

But not knowing when to give up, he actually filed a lawsuit this time….

Then how can he even claim a copyright on it?

Seriously, how can a copyright be claimed at all on a simple photograph of a person in a natural setting?

THIS, on this other hand, is a work of art and is copyrighted, by me:

It has MY NAME and a copyright symbol on it! And only two people have been stupid enough to use it against me: A user in Care2 known as Sally H and……WAHID AZAL! Yes, he claimed copyright on MY CIRCLE H LOGO after I had him put it on a podcast he and I made together, and thus the podcast was MINE, never his. HE ACTUALLY TRIED TO STEAL MY WORK AND BLATANTLY LIED ABOUT IT!

He must be totally deplatformed all over the internet to protect the public from his psychotic backstabbing. If I could, I’d have him imprisoned too.
