How to have a Truly Healthy Relationship

To me, having a healthy relationship with someone else is about first loving and respecting yourself and then learning to love and respect another person in exactly the same way and at all times. You must see that partner not as someone to possess and control, but as someone to add your own strengths and talents to. If you are not strong and independent on your own, then any relationship you have is likely to be abusive and a trap.
