Here’s a single statement which sums up my views on human rights.

I won’t ever be satisfied unless and until a wealthy white Christian heterosexual cis-gender English speaking man born in the USA is treated no differently under the law than an impoverished black lesbian trans-gender Swahili speaking atheist woman from Kenya.
